I.    WHAT'S HOLDING YOU  OF BACK, KEEPING YOU STUCK?

        - LET GO OF PAST MISTAKES, FAILURES, DWELLING THERE ONLY KEEPS YOU 
         FEELING STRESSED AND UNMOTIVATED.
         PARALYZED WITH PROCRASTINATION.
          IT'S TIME TO RELEASE IT AND FORGIVE YOURSELF. 

II.    DECIDE WHAT YOUR GOAL IS

        - WHAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE, TO MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER.

           BE CLEAR WITH YOURSELF AND GET FOCUSED ON THAT ONE
           THING.
III.   WRITE IT DOWN !                      

          - KEEP IT SIMPLE, THIS IS FOR YOU TO BRAINSTORM. GET YOUR PLAN SET UP 
              INTO STEPS THAT CAN KEEP YOU ORGANIZED.

              REMEMBER COMPLETE ONE STEP BEFORE MOVING ONTO ANOTHER
              ASK YOURSELF "WHAT CAN YOU DO TODAY, TO MAKE MY FIRST STEP ?"

              YOU MUST START, DON'T PROCRASTINATE. NO MATTER HOW SMALL A STEP,
             YOU TAKE IT.

              IT'S NOT ABOUT HOW FAST, FORWARD MOVEMENT MEANS PROGRESS 
              TOWARD SUCCESS.

              SET YOURSELF A REALISTIC AND REASONABLE TIME FRAME TO ACCOMPLISH
              IT. SET YOUR PACE.

           THIS IS A CHALLENGE TO YOURSELF, YOU CAN DO IT. BELIEVE IN YOUR VISION,
            STAY FOCUSED AND PERSISTENT. YOU ARE ON THE JOURNEY OF CHANGE IN 
  LIFE.  DON'T FORGET TO CELEBRATE ALONG THE WAY.

GREAT SPRING / SUMMER JUMPSTART
LET'S GET THINGS STARTED

INSTRUCTIONS:

Allow yourself 5-10 minutes of quiet time to write your answers in the spaces below.
If you get stuck, think back to your childhood or a summer when you had a great time - what were you doing - or not doing? Top tip: If your ideas seem overly simple, it's a good sign. 
Life too busy? Find small things you CAN do ex. a 20 minute walk after dinner, a weekend away instead of a vacation, organize dinner with friends on a restaurant patio if you're too tired to cook. 
Need more ideas? Read a book, go rock-climbing/whitewater rafting/kayaking, visit friends/family, go to the beach, go fishing, meet new people, do something new, create a veggie bed, plant a fruit tree, play outdoor games, have a picnic, get out in nature or something completely different! 
Final Tip: Your best summer ever may be all about what you DON'T do...

TAKE ANOTHER MINUTE TO ABSORB ALL THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED

NOW, TAKE A SLOW, DEEP INHALE, SLOW FULL EXHALE. SLOWLY OPEN YOUR EYES. MOVE WHEN READY.
HOW DO YOU FEEL?

TRY THIS EXERCISE EVERYDAY, YOU WILL NOTICE A DIFFERENCE. HOWEVER SUBTLE, A SHIFT/CHANGE IS POSITIVE WHEN IT COMES TO RECHARGING THE MIND, SPIRIT AND BODY. BE BLESSED.
